Machining Speed The machining speed is 3–5 times faster than copper electrode, the machined surface is smooth. The electric discharge machining speed is 1/3 to 2 times faster than that of traditional copper electrodes, making it more suitable for rough machining.
Machining accuracy Good machining precision, C.T.E is 1/4 of copper, easy polishing.
Weight The density of graphite is only 1/5 of copper, it's more suitable in the production for larger electrode.
